Booking your Hayes App repair

Welcome to the Hayes Handpiece Repair App, designed to simplify and streamline all your dental repair needs .

Our platform allows you to effortlessly book repairs using our specialized Mailer Bags, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.

With just a few clicks, you can securely enter your repair details, specify the services you need, and track your request electronically—eliminating paperwork and delays.

Whether you're managing multiple repairs or a single device, our app ensures a seamless, efficient, and transparent process, so you can focus on what matters most—your patients.

Get started today and experience repair booking made easy!

Do the following: 

1) Select in the top menu, select 'Schedule'

2) On "Schedule" Page - Complete the following which are madatory fields:

• Office/Doctor,
• Contact Name (for future communication)
• Practise Phone no.
• Primary Email Contact(for future communication)
• Practise address.

3) Input Instruments details for repairs (Note: We recommend that max no. of H/p per Mailer is 4):

• Make
• Model
• Serial No.
• Identify on the wararnty check box if claiming warranty.
• Brief descriptions of fault (if known)
• Select the service required.

**Repeat the process if sending multiples H/P for repair.

4) Accept Terms and Submit.

5) You will receive an automated email from Hayes confirming the submission. (Please check Email Junk folder if not received.)

6) Package you devices into the Mailer bag that you just scanned and drop off at a convenient UPS collection point.
